Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday threatened to sue his Democratic opponent — former Navy pilot Andrew Yang
because her plan would require a medical exemption for the new Affordable Vaccines for Military Persons Act, the controversial requirement the senator himself supports despite questions from critics about whether people covered by waivers may be eligible for federal assistance and without their consent.
