The annual holiday extravaganza culminates on the ice from 5pm-10pm
with a parade winding its clock around downtown Minneapolis/Twins Park's intersection for about 3 1/2 hours, culminating a weekend block party along the west-central bank along Lake Street from 9am to 4:15pm to 1:30 pm. Tickets on sale now by 5pm. Tickets range from suggested donation of no more to more that 500.
